End Fittings & Mounting Brackets
Each gas spring connects to your application through a fitting on the rod end and one on the tube end. Fittings screw onto an M6 or M8 thread, so the same spring can be supplied with different ends to suit your mounting points. Rod and tube ends can use different fittings.
Eye / Clevis
Single-eye end that pivots on a pin or bolt through the bore. A simple, robust choice for hinged flaps, seat mechanisms and machine covers.

Fork Head
Two-prong fork with a cross pin that straddles a flat mounting tab. Suited to sheet-metal brackets and mechanisms that rotate in one plane.

Ball Socket & Ball Stud
Angled socket that clips over a ball stud and tolerates small misalignment, reducing side load on the piston rod. The most common choice for tailgates, lids and hatches.

Quick-Release Ball Socket
Plastic ball socket with a spring clip, so the gas spring can be removed by hand without tools. Useful where springs are swapped during routine service.

Threaded End

Angle Plate Bracket
Steel mounting plate with a fixed Ø10 ball stud, bolted to the frame or lid through pre-drilled holes. Available in flat, angled and offset versions.
